1. They must include the name of the Ring (EVula's Diablo WebRing)
2. They must include the basic links: Next, Previous, Random, List, and Join. You can get the URLs for these links from the tables in the Template section.
   Also: the links must include TARGET:"_top" in the link tag, so that those people with frames won't have people stuck.
3. It must include your name and email. Otherwise, the people won't know who you are...
