Escape Velocity: Index
I am a big Escape Velocity fan, and EV is the reason that I created the Lair in the first place. Now, though, I've got it separated from the rest of the Lair, even though its the biggest section I have. For now. ;)
By far, the biggest part is the Survival Guide. It has all the information you'd need to play any of the Escape Velocity games (EV/EVO/EVN). I've also got my own Shipyard, with over 30 ships available for download. Next are the EV and EVO Bibles; these are the official documentations of how to program EV and EVO plugins. And at the end, I have some Plug-Ins and Stories.
-local content-
- EV/EVN Survival Guide
- This is the survival guide for the Escape Velocity games. Right now, it has information on both EV and EVN; it will be expanded soon enough, both for more EV and EVN information and for some EVO-related tactics.
- The Shipyard
- This is a giant shipyard to fill your ship-needing, er, needs. It features a slew of ships from EV and EVO that have been "modified" for the Lair Shipyard's use. Also hosted here is Eeun's Shipyard.
- EV Bible
- The EV Bible is the official documentation on how to create plug-ins for Escape Velocity. This is the web-based version of it.
- EVO Bible
- The EVO Bible is the official documentation on how to create plug-ins for Escape Velocity Override. This is the web-based version of it.
- Plug-Ins
- This is where you can get some of the plug-ins that I have done (I've done four that I've released), as well as some of the misc. stuff I've done, like my set of EV Animated GIFs.
-network-
- EV-Nova.net partner site
- EV-Nova.net is the best place to find everything EVN. It features articles about various aspects of the game, notes on how to get your plugin off the ground, and all sorts of other really cool stuff. It also boasts a Forum for people to ask questions about pretty much everything.
- Upcoming Plug-In Directory evula.net member
- Wanna know what kind of plugins are being worked on at this VERY MINUTE! Well, this site doesn't give you minute-by-minute updates on plugin progress, but it does give you an idea of what's going on out there, who's working on what, and what is getting done for each game (EV, EVO, and EVN).
- David Arthur evula.net member
- David Arthur is one of the EV community's smartest guys, and not only that, but he is the main content provider for the EVN Survival Guide. As thanks, I'm hosting his site, which currently is the home for Mission Computer, his EV/EVO/EVN plugin development program.
- Pilot File Trade Network evula.net member
- The PFTN is the best place to trade EV and EVO pilot files with other players. Very interesting concept, especially if you want to see how your fellow EVers are doing in the game, and what types of ships they like to fly.
