Fallout Weapons Guide: Bonus Weapons
To my knowledge, there are two extra weapons available in random outdoor encounters in fallout. One is the Alien Blaster, found on the body of an alien by a crashed flying saucer (It's a great weapon - one handed, light and more powerful than the Plasma Rifle using the same ammo) and a BB gun, which is supposed to be quite good, although I have never actually encountered it personally.
